  • 1.5 pounds chicken breast cooked and chopped
  • 16 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 3/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese shredded, divided

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, Buffalo wing sauce, and 1 cup of shredded cheddar. Mix until smooth and evenly blended.
  • Transfer the mixture to a 9×9-inch baking dish and spread evenly.
  • Top with remaining ½ cup cheddar cheese.
  • Bake for 25–30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly around the edges.
  • Let cool for 5 minutes, then serve warm with chips, veggies, or bread slices. Optional: garnish with green onions or a drizzle of ranch.

Notes

Use rotisserie chicken for convenience, or adjust spice level by adding more or less Buffalo sauce. This dip also works well kept warm in a slow cooker on 'low' for gatherings.
