Creamy Garlic Sauce

Preparation

  • Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
  • Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

Grilling

  • Once the grill is ready, add the seasoned chicken breasts. Grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.

Blanching Broccoli

  • In a pot of boiling water, briefly blanch the broccoli florets for 2-3 minutes until bright green and just tender. Transfer to an ice bath.

Making Sauce

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Stir until smooth.

Serving

  • Slice the grilled chicken into strips, place it over the blanched broccoli, and drizzle with creamy garlic sauce. Serve warm.

Notes

Let the chicken rest after grilling for juicier pieces. Adjust garlic in the sauce to taste. Use fresh broccoli for best texture.
